A Personal and Supportive Start to Your Pilates Journey

If you’re new to Pilates or looking for something more tailored to you,  1:1 sessions are the perfect place to start. These sessions are all about creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and confident to move—no matter your starting point.

Pilates is adaptable for every body—whether you're just starting out, returning to movement, or looking to deepen your practice. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, helping you build strength, improve balance, and reconnect with your body—free from pressure or expectations.

Using the full range of Pilates equipment—Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Arc, and Mat—we’ll create a full-body experience that supports your goals, whether that’s recovery, posture, strength, or athletic performance.

Your first session is really about getting to know you—what brings you here, how your body’s feeling, any past injuries, and what you’re hoping to get out of our time together. We’ll move through an assessment to see how your body moves, so we can build something that truly supports you.

Along the way, we’ll explore breath work and simple tools to help ease stress, reduce pain, and bring more connection between your body and mind. The goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more confident in your body.

Once we’ve created your personalised movement plan to work through during your sessions, you’ll have the option to access short, easy-to-follow video guides designed to support your practice at home. These videos are there if you choose to use them—helping you stay consistent, connected, and confident as you work on your targeted exercises.

You’re also welcome to stay in touch between sessions. I’m always here to check in, answer any questions, or offer support whenever you need it.

At the heart of this journey is you—feeling stronger, moving with greater ease, and building a deeper connection with your body. And every step of the way, We’ll be right here, cheering you on and supporting you.
