Private 1:1 Sessions
Each session incorporates a combination of mat Pilates, equipment Pilates, and other relevant movement practices.
This diverse approach allows for your needs to be addressed effectively.
Together, we will create a customised plan aimed at helping you achieve your goals while relieving any discomfort and pain you may be experiencing.
During your first private 1:1 session we will begin by discussing your current situation, focusing on your goals and what you want to achieve in your sessions.
We will talk through your relevant medical history and conduct a thorough movement assessment during the session..
In addition to the physical aspects of Pilates, we will introduce breath work techniques. These practices will assist in managing pain, reducing stress, and encouraging a deeper understanding of your mind and body connection.
Ultimately, my aim is to empower you to feel healthier, happier, stronger, and in complete control of your body.
My approach is deeply personal, I provide regular contact and check-ins. I also provide video guides for additional movement practice at home, bridging the gap between sessions and ensuring continued support of your progress.
