Our Story

A dedicated studio in BS16, Bristol, specialising in Private 1:1 sessions. We provide a safe, supportive space where you can move with confidence, whether you’re new to Pilates, managing pain, or recovering from injury.

Led by Rachel, who holds a degree in Applied Biological Sciences and advanced training from the Physiotherapy and Pilates Rehabilitation Centre. We  blend evidence-based knowledge with a supportive, individualised approach, ensuring every session is guided with skill, encouragement, and attention to help you move and feel your best.
